Happy Friday!!

Don't you just LOVE Friday!!??!  I do, don't know why because I still work over the weekend sometimes!  Today I have the last two scrap layouts from this spring!  Hope you like them!! 

This is a simply scrappin kit layout!  Super fun and easy to work with from beginner to expert!

And this was our little Easter layout.  Not sure I like the bunny, but it's ok!!  I love the egg-shaped title letters though!! 

I'll post the retired stamp sets later today so be sure to check back tonight if you are looking for an inexpensive way to start stamping!!  All of my retired Stampin'Up! sets are priced to sell!!  I'd really like to avoid Ebay if I can - so check it out here!

Happiness Is...

Well, Happiness is just having a day to stamp!!  I wish I had one!!

I joined Face book = I know weird!  I actually like it more than I thought I would!  I'm staying away from the games because I know I would be addicted immediately!! 

This was a great little layout from last spring sometime!  I love this color combo, Kiwi Kiss, Baja Breeze and Night of Navy with a little grey and white!  Beautiful!!  I think this layout was cased on the left and I did the right side if I remember correctly!  Anyway, that's why we are all here - to look at each other's things and do a little something to make it our own!!  Hope you like it!!  Have a great day!

Family Gathering layout

Here is a layout I did for May anticipating family reunions, etc...

I always start using the In Colors too late!!  I wait to embrace them until the end of the season and I always regret it!!  So, this year I'm going to start using them right away!!  I've already fallen in love with Melon Mambo!!  I've used it on almost every card in the last month!  Now, as fall begins I'll start using the other colors!!  Stay tuned while we get through all of the scrapbook pages!!  I'll be back to posting cards soon!!

Simply Scrappin' spring layout...

I just love the Simply scrappin' kits!!  They make life so easy!!  We did this layout last spring!!  Pretty soon I'll be caught up showing you all of the "OLD" stuff and the new stuff will be here!! 

This layout works well with any kit and I use it alot in my personal scrapbooking!  I do have some classes on the schedule for September and plan to update the calendar this week!!

Recipe:  Under the Stars Stamp Set, Outline Alphabet, Chocolate Chip, Night of Navy, Kiwi Kiss and Baja Breeze.  I also used my Big Shot for the Stars and various sizes of our wonderful circle punches for the images and letters!  I glittered the words, spray and marshmallow with Dazzling Diamonds and a 2 way glue pen!  Images were colored with the Watercolor pencils and blended with a Stampin'Up! Blender pen!  Easy and fun!!

February Scrapbook Club Layout #1...

Stampin'Up! Color Choice

This isn't the best picture, next time I'll be sure to put it on the easel!  We make two 12 x 12 layouts at club and do allow visitors to come to club!  So, if you are in need of some layouts we meet the third Wednesday of each month at 7 pm!  Just drop me a line so I prep enough materials!

December scrap club layout #2

Ok, here is the second layout! 

This one was much quicker than the other layout!  It's hard to see, but we did emboss a saying on the right page in the kiwi box!  Outside of that it is pretty straight forward!  I used a lot of textured cardstock on this one because I love the way it looks!  Other than the vanilla it is all textured!  I also am in love with my Big Shot!  I'm saving up to get an alphabet so I can use it to title all the time! Hopefully I'll have the funds by February 1st and then I can get some Sale-a-Bration sets too!  Gotta plan ahead!!  LOL!!  Here are close ups of the pages with details of the supplies!!

Scrapbook Flakes!

I just love my Kiwi Kiss from Stampin'UP!  It looks great with any of the blue tones!!! 

This layout was inspired by a 12 x 12 swap I was in at the KC Regionals earlier this year!  Heidi did a similar left page for her swap and I just loved it!!  I changed the top a bit and added the second page!  So cute and it was a big hit at my Scrap Club in December!  We do two layouts each month and I'll post the other layout soon!  We are starting up again in January on the 21st!  We'd love to have you join us as a club member or even as a class participant!  Club members get the layouts free and class participants pay $20 for the two layouts!  Give me a call to sign up today!!
